Your credit card number is required to hold a reservation over $100 in services. This policy also applies to cardholders. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations will be billed at 50% and no-shows will be billed for 100% of your scheduled services.

Appointments will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period, we consider this as a no-show and your appointment may be given away. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you as we are trying to ensure enough time for your service.

Due to safety issues and as a courtesy, we do not allow infants and children (without appointments) as it may be dangerous and disruptive to other clients who are here to relax.

Please turn off your phone while you are in our spa to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Food and beverage are not allowed at a service station.

Please leave your pets at home.
